Tudor–Stuart, 1542–1587
Provenance
Scotland, France, and an English scaffold
Medium
Engraved portrait, black ground

Mary Stuart presents a Bloody Mary garnished with celery, bacon, shrimp, and a full slider, a load-bearing brunch cocktail for a load-bearing life. Historians note the drink is named for a different Mary entirely. The Archive has elected not to correct her.
